1) Who handles shipping inquiries

We currently provide support by email only and respond promptly on business days.
2) Where we ship
We ship to Belgium and selected international destinations. Available destinations, delivery methods and real-time rates are shown at checkout.
3) Processing times

In-stock items: typically dispatch within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Belgian public holidays).

Pre-orders/backorders: the estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in checkout; your entire order may ship together unless we communicate a split shipment.
If a delay would push dispatch beyond 30 days from order confirmation (unless you agreed otherwise), we’ll notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4) Delivery times & carriers
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers. Our carriers may include national postal services and parcel networks (e.g., bpost, PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS). You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.
5) Shipping costs & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume and chosen service. If we run free-shipping promotions or thresholds, these will be displayed on-site and in checkout. Unless stated otherwise, free shipping applies to the standard service only.
6) Customs, duties & taxes (international)

Within the EU: no customs duties; VAT is included in displayed consumer prices.

Outside the EU: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility (Incoterms® DAP).
7) Risk of loss & transfer of title
Risk transfers to you only when you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you choose your own carrier not offered by us, risk transfers when we hand the goods to that carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8) Address accuracy & changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We can correct an address before dispatch; after dispatch, rerouting may not be possible or may incur carrier fees (payable by the customer).
9) Missed delivery, unclaimed parcels & refusals
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed at a pickup point, or refused without prior withdrawal notice:

we can reship (additional shipping charges apply), or
-
we can refund the item price minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.
This does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal—if you timely withdraw, we will refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping per our Returns Policy.
10) Damaged or missing items on delivery
Please inspect your order on receipt. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email hello@eyesonlystudios.com within a reasonable time (photos help). We’ll arrange repair, replacement or refund as applicable. Notifying us promptly speeds up carrier investigations; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
11) Split shipments
We may ship items separately to get available products to you sooner. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments initiated by us.
12) Delivery restrictions
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military or certain remote addresses. If your address is restricted, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative method or cancel and refund.
13) Pre-orders & made-to-order
Pre-order items ship from the estimated date shown at purchase. We do not currently sell custom/personalised goods.
14) Non-EU returns & refusals at customs
If you decline to pay duties/taxes (non-EU) and the parcel is returned or destroyed by the carrier/customs, we can only refund amounts actually recovered from the carrier, minus any return or destruction fees charged to us. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective items.
